The Dance Gallery was founded by Simone Cadell in 1989.

When we began, Simone (then Simone Lindus) was teaching for the renowned teacher Mr Les.Griffiths and when he passed away, parents from the studio contacted Simone and asked her to continue to teach their children…and The Simone Lindus School of Dance was born.

Simone’s sister Kate joined the teaching faculty in 2000 and the studio was renamed The Dance Gallery. Kate is now the Creative Director of the studio.

From humble beginnings of teaching dance to students in their parent’s garage, The Dance Gallery has grown to become a well-known and respected dance studio. The Dance Gallery has been the launching pad for dancers into Dein Perry’s Tap Dogs & Bootmen, Disney’s High School Musical, Annie The Musical as well as other shows overseas.
